About Me

With over twenty years working alongside headteachers and senior leadership teams, I've seen first-hand how effective administrative leadership shapes organisational success.

Alongside my practical experience in education, and my experience in People Management, deepening my understanding of leadership, organisational culture, employee engagement and people development.

These insights reinforced what I had long observed in schools: when people feel valued, supported and empowered, performance improves, relationships strengthen, and culture thrives.

The Education PA Network brings together these two worlds - educational operational expertise and modern people-centred leadership - to support the development of Education PAs/EAs and administrative professionals across the sector.

The Power of People-Centred Leadership

Through both practical experience and professional study, I've learned that strong organisations are built on more than systems and processes.

They are built on trust, communication, belonging and purposeful leadership.

As Education PAs/EAs, we often influence these areas every day.

Whether coordinating communication, supporting leaders through change, strengthening relationships or creating effective systems, our work contributes directly to organisational culture.

The Education PA Network exists to help PAs recognise that influence and develop the confidence to use it intentionally.

Why We Exist

Education PAs and EAs sit at the centre of communication, culture and operational excellence within schools.

Yet many professionals work in isolation, with limited access to role-specific development or recognition.

The Education PA Network exists to change that by creating a space where administrative professionals can learn, connect, develop and be recognised for the strategic contribution they make every day.

Why Learn with Me?

I bring together over twenty years of experience supporting school leaders, CIPD People Management expertise and professional coaching practice.

My approach combines practical education-sector knowledge with evidence-based people and leadership principles, helping PAs/EAs and administrative professionals build confidence, develop influence and create meaningful impact within their organisations.

Who It's For?

This coaching is designed for Education PAs, Executive Assistants, Office Managers and administrative leaders who:

Why This Coaching Exists

Too often, professional development for administrative professionals focuses on tasks rather than leadership.

This coaching was created to bridge that gap.

It offers a reflective, practical and supportive space where you can explore challenges, strengthen confidence, develop strategic thinking and translate learning directly into action.

Grounded in both lived educational experience and contemporary people management principles, the focus is always on helping you become more effective, influential and fulfilled in your role.

Supporting New Headteachers and Their PA

Starting a headship is one of the most significant leadership transitions in education. Strong support systems matter from day one.

An effective partnership between a Headteacher and their PA can strengthen communication, improve decision-making, create operational clarity and free leaders to focus on strategic priorities.

Drawing on over twenty years of experience supporting senior leaders in schools, I help headteachers and PAs establish effective ways of working that build trust, efficiency and impact.
